I can no longer find my master password letter. What can I do?
You can request a new master password HERE. This will be printed and sent to you on the next working day.
Where do I need to insert the YubiKey?
Insert the YubiKey into a free USB port on your notebook, desktop PC, or docking station.
Do I need to install additional software?
For the current use cases, you do not need to install any additional software components to use the YubiKey.
Where can the YubiKey currently be used?
You can use the YubiKey as an alternative to the hardware or software token in the VPN and the SAP management portal.
I lost my YubiKey, what should I do? (for employees only)
Delete the lost YubiKey immediately in the Token Management.
Contact the helpdesk to request a new YubiKey.
Where do I need to touch the YubiKey to trigger the token input?
All YubiKeys have a metallic surface that activates the YubiKey when touched. Once the token input window appears, briefly touch this surface (about one second).
